I didn’t grow up with fitness or healthy habits—it simply wasn’t something that was taught to me. For many years, I lived a fairly unhealthy lifestyle, and I didn’t fully understand the importance of taking care of my body. My path might have looked very different if I had been introduced to fitness earlier, but life had its own plan. After graduating with a degree in Music Education, I moved to Chicago and spent around seven years teaching. I loved teaching and sharing my passion for music with my students, but somewhere along the way, I discovered CrossFit—and it changed everything. What started as curiosity quickly became a fascination. The intensity, the community, the constant challenge—it all resonated with me in a way that nothing else had. I threw myself into it, not just as a participant, but as someone committed to learning, improving, and transforming my life. As I progressed, I was invited to coach, and that opportunity opened a whole new chapter. Coaching allowed me to combine my teaching experience with my passion for fitness, and I quickly realized how much I loved guiding others through their own journeys. Eventually, I made the leap from teaching music full-time to pursuing fitness as my full-time career. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to studying, practicing, and gaining hands-on experience, building the foundation that makes me the coach I am today.
I’m passionate about helping people uncover their potential, both in fitness and in life. Guiding others to challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and grow stronger—physically and mentally—is what drives me every day. I love being part of a community where support, perseverance, and resilience aren’t just ideals, but a way of life.
