Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Went to Michigan State University and graduated with a degree in Sales/ Marketing. Work as a sales rep for Alcon selling medical equipment in the Ophthalmology space. Been married to my beautiful wife Erin since 2014 who I met in Portland, Oregon. We have two wonderful kids Hudson and Myla that keep us very busy. You can often see them around the gym on a Saturday.
As a coach I have a passion for connecting with members at the gym and helping them achieve their goals as athletes. Nothing is more rewarding to me than when a member tells me that I helped them in some small way with a workout or a skill they were developing. What motivates me as both a coach and a member at the gym is the friendly competition that pushes all of us to be better.
